I. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
True North International School offers scholarship programs for both Bilingual and International tracks, with specific participation conditions as follows:
For the Bilingual track:
- Students born from 2011 to 2008 (entering grades 8 to 11 next year)
- Excellent achievements in any field
- No nationality restrictions for participation, however, students must be proficient in Vietnamese.
For the International track:
- Students born from 2018-2008 (entering grades 1 to 11 next year)
- Excellent academic achievements in any field
- Elementary & Middle School: Any nationality | High School: for any students has foreign passport
*applicable only for current and new students
II. APPLICABLE TIME AND DURATION
The Scholarship Program is effectively applicable from the Academic year 2024-2025.
The Bilingual Track scholarship applies until the graduation year at True North International School.
The International Track scholarship applies for the first five years of study at True North International School.

IV. SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS
True North International School will start receiving applications from 1/6/2024, detailed information about the application process and the scholarship application review period are as follows:
Stage 1: School receives and reviews applications
- Time: From 1/6/2024 to 19/6/2024
- Documents to prepare:
- 01 copy of academic transcript/report card for the academic year 2022-2023
- 01 copy of academic transcript/report card for the academic year 2023-2024
- List and certificates of achievements, awards (unlimited fields such as academic, music, arts, sports, etc.)
- Parents' letter about "Why True North International School is the right school for your child?" (maximum 300 words, English is not mandatory)

Stage 2: Announcement of the list of applicants advancing to round 2
- Time: From 20/6/2024 to the end of 21/6/2024
- The school will directly contact the applicants who pass the preliminary round and provide details for the next round of assessment.
Stage 3: Organize Scholarship Hack-a-thon day
For the Bilingual Track:
- Time: From 13:30 to 16:30, on 22/6/2024

For the International Track:
- Time: From 16:30 to 18:30, on 22/6/2024

Stage 4: Announcement of TNIS Future Innovators Scholarship recipients
- Date: 24/6/2024 (estimated)
- Format: The school will contact the applicants directly to announce results, and send admission invitations to outstanding students who are awarded the TNIS Future Innovators Scholarship.
The school hopes that the TNIS Future Innovators Scholarship Fund will be a place for children to demonstrate their best abilities, with the opportunity to earn scholarships worthy of their efforts. Drawing strengths from the 4 pillars of Education in TNIS: Character Development, Academic Rigor, Global Citizenry, and Fitness and Wellness, students will develop from potential to performance comprehensively.
For the Bilingual Track, Middle & High School , your children will receive:

Advanced Placement (AP) is a program in the United States created by the College Board. AP offers undergraduate university-level curricula and examinations to high school students. Colleges and universities in the US and around the world may grant placement and course credit to students who obtain qualifying scores on AP examinations.
The AP (Advanced Placement) program is a set of advanced courses with a difficulty level equivalent to first-year university level, designed for high school students. This program allows students to earn college credits while still in high school. AP courses and exams are widely offered in high schools and universities across the United States and are recognized by many universities worldwide.
Over the past few years we have tracked shifting policy language surrounding the use of AP scores in the college admissions process. We will continue to track these policies moving forward as we expect the role of AP scores in admissions to continue to evolve.
