JOB SUMMARY:
A Math Teacher is responsible for teaching, preparing materials & arranging schedules, organizing activities, tests or assessments relating to Math; as well as ensuring the quality of classes and assessments. He/she is also required to join the tasks of the Academic Team, contribute and generate ideas to the general teaching.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Collaborate with Lead Math Teacher to build up the Academic Year’s plan for Math Team & Academic Team & personal plan;
- Prepare materials, lesson plans, teaching plans with specific learning goals relating to Math for students;
- Teach, manage and take care of students during your classes;
- Organize teaching and learning activities to develop students' learning capacity; Create new teaching or learning methods to help students achieve their best results;
- Update class’ status and students individually (if any) on Learning Management System of the School;
- Organize Math assessments or tests to evaluate students' learning effectiveness and proactively adjust teaching methods;
- Complete the academic reports assigned by the Senior Leadership Team;
- Complete academic materials based on requirements from the Ministry of Education & Training and Department of Education & Training;
- Prepare materials and join mutual meetings or 1-1 meeting with parents of your class;
- Be on duty to supervise or manage students on required by the School;
- Participate in training sessions required/organized by the School; Actively participate in training and professional development activities.

POSITION OVERVIEW
English Teacher has a critical contribution to the development and enhancement of the quality of the English language teaching provision and the student experience following True North School’s pillars of excellence and philosophy.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Teach English to the Primary/Secondary & Highschool students;
- Grade students’ assessments, report students’ results;

RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES
- Academic plan: Base on school year plan of BOM, coordinate with Lead Registrar to arrange the working schedule for Senior Leadership Team, academic departments, event schedule, theme of month;
- Develop timetables for students as assigned by Lead Registrar;
- Arrange other schedules: observation schedule, the supervision schedule, the parent meeting schedule, admissions schedule (coordinate with Admissions Team)…;
- Coordinate to m anage all the internal examination: Mid-term, End-term test, Scholarship and other contest of school;
- Coordinate to o rganize all external tests: Cooperate with centers or other partners to organize external tests, contests, scholarships…
- Coordinate with the academic department from getting the tests to arranging the testing schedule, managing the grade and report, and transferring the information to parents. Ensure that all the tests are organized professionally;
- Coordinate with Lead Registrar to m anage the working email of DOET and MOET, arrange all the working and meeting schedule with Senior Leadership Team (both of planned or sudden schedule);
- Coordinate with Lead Registrar to m anage all the report s from DOET and MOET: Academic plan and report, enrollment report, HR report, nutrition report, facility report, monthly report and other reports;

- Coordinate to manage announcements, memos, guidance: Receive, transfer to the right person and store as school’s policy;
- Manage all academic forms (soft and hard copies) as school’s policy;
- Participate to create the form of student reports, coordinate with Senior Leadership Team and teachers to finish the final reports;
- Coordinate with Lead Registrar to t ransfer and update the student reports to parents;
- Store the reports (hard and soft copies) as policy of school;

WHAT YOU OFFER US
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in English Education, Vietnamese Studies;
- Prior experience in teaching Vietnamese Studies or English is a plus
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
- Ability to communicate with enthusiasm and excellent presentation skills;
- Willingness to support schools’ events in the evening and at weekends when necessary;
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
