With the aim of raising awareness about sustainable food production systems and the impact of daily dietary choices, the "Vegan Cooking Tour" attracted a large number of TNIS students, parents, and young people from other schools. The workshop provided an inspiring learning and networking space where people came together to learn about vegan nutrition and directly practice preparing delicious dishes.
Under the enthusiastic guidance of experts from Peace Vegan School and Earthly Garden, participants had the opportunity to experience the process of preparing creative vegan dishes, including:
🍄 Creamy Mushroom Pasta: A familiar Italian dish transformed with delicious and nutritious vegan flavors.
🥙 Falafel Bread: A Middle Eastern dish rich in protein and fiber, offering a unique and appealing taste.
🍜 Vegan Pho: A traditional Vietnamese dish prepared in a vegan style, maintaining its rich and nutritious flavors.
🍪 Vegan Cookies: Delicious, crispy cookies, the perfect dessert for a vegan meal.
These dishes not only offered new flavors but also helped students better understand the nutritional value of vegan food and the positive impact of this diet on health and the environment. The event created a warm and friendly atmosphere where everyone shared knowledge, experiences, and a passion for vegan cuisine.
The success of the "Vegan Cooking Tour" is a testament to the creativity, responsibility, and community spirit of TNIS students. We sincerely thank Ngoc Vy, Peace Vegan School, and Earthly Garden for collaborating to organize a meaningful and beneficial event. Let's continue to spread the message of green and environmentally friendly living, contributing to building a more sustainable future.
