What a memorable trip!

Last week, our 3I - 5I joined a full-day Outdoor Learning Experience at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex, turning history into a vivid and memorable lesson.

Throughout the trip, students explored:

  • Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum
  • Presidential Palace Historical Site (fish pond, stilt house, gardens, One Pillar Pagoda)
  • Ho Chi Minh Museum
  • Educational program “Mother’s Lullaby – Lotus Village” (đàn bầu performance & storytelling)
  • Hands-on workshop: Rubber sandal keychain making

More than just a field trip, this journey helped students gain a deeper understanding of President Hồ Chí Minh’s life and values, while strengthening their appreciation for Vietnamese history and culture. Students also learned about traditional music, reflected on national pride, and connected historical lessons to the meaning of unity and important celebrations such as Vietnam’s Reunification Day (April 30).
