Continuing the Social Studies project “Luminescence: Honoring the Legacy of Our Predecessors”, students from Grades 6A and 7A embarked on a meaningful field trip to the Hồ Chí Minh Trail Museum.
The visit offered students the opportunity to explore the scale, structure, and historical significance of the legendary Hồ Chí Minh Trail — a powerful symbol of the Vietnamese people’s courage, resilience, and unity during wartime. Guided by museum experts, students took notes, measured artifacts, captured photos, and listened to compelling stories about the nation’s heroic past.

Each research group focused on a specific historical topic:
🚛 BTR-60 – Armored personnel carriers and their role in combat.
🚚 CA-10 – Military trucks and their critical logistics missions along the Trail.
🚛 ZIL-157 – Technical features and battlefield applications of this vehicle.
💥 37mm Anti-Aircraft Gun – A symbol of Vietnam’s air defense power and patriotism.
Following the trip, students will develop in-depth research projects, presented as infographics and oral presentations.
Through this activity, TNISers not only connected historical knowledge with real-life experiences, but also strengthened their critical thinking, research, collaboration skills, and above all, their appreciation for the generations who paved the way before them.
