Last Sunday, the True North International School community came together for an unforgettable weekend at the Tay Ho Half Marathon. With over 40 parents, students, and teachers participating, TNIS proudly took on the challenge across the 5km, 15km, and 21km distances—showcasing incredible energy, determination, and team spirit.
Throughout the race, every step represented more than just physical effort. It was a journey of endurance, self-discipline, and resilience. From first-time runners to those pushing through the final kilometers, our TNISers demonstrated the courage to challenge themselves and the mindset to never give up.
This meaningful event strongly reflects one of TNIS’s core pillars — Fitness & Wellness, promoting a healthy, active, and resilient lifestyle. It reminded us that true strength is built through consistency, perseverance, and the willingness to push beyond our comfort zones.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all parents for your continuous support and encouragement. Your involvement plays a vital role in building a connected, energetic, and inspiring school community, where students feel empowered to grow both physically and mentally.
Congratulations to everyone who participated and represented TNIS with pride. We look forward to seeing our community continue this spirit of wellness and achievement in the next race ahead!
