Sleep parties are the norm now!

As part of the Sleepover Series at True North International School, boys from Grades 5–7 joined The Gentlemen’s Gathering, an overnight event held from the afternoon of January 29 to the morning of January 30.

Throughout the event, students participated in a variety of engaging activities:

  • Tent Pitching Challenge: Building tents in teams (4 students per group).
  • Sports Activities: Football, basketball, and badminton across different sports zones.
  • Dinner Time: Preparing and enjoying dinner together at the canteen.
  • Life Skills Challenge: Clothes folding, knot tying, and military-style blanket folding.
  • Relaxation Time: Free-choice zones including movie viewing, werewolf games/storytelling, and karaoke.
  • Story Sharing: Sharing stories about friendship, family, and personal dreams before bedtime.

Students then completed personal hygiene and rested in their tents, followed by morning exercise, personal routines, and a light breakfast the next day.

The event aimed to help students strengthen friendships across Grades 5–7 while developing independence, self-care skills, and the ability to adapt to a shared living environment.
