Registrar (Junior Level)


The School’s Student Registrar is expected to take responsibilities of coordinating with teachers, students and parents of all academic duties; supporting the Board of Principal and coordinating with MOET and DOET.


  • Arrange other schedules: observation schedule, the supervision schedule, the parent meeting schedule, admissions schedule (coordinate with Admissions Team)…
  • Manage all the internal examination: Mid-term, End-term test, Scholarship and other contest of school; 
  • Coordinate with the academic department from getting the tests to arranging the testing schedule, managing the grade and report, and transferring the information to parents. 
  • Ensure that all the tests are organized professionally. 
  • Organize all external tests: Cooperate with centers or other partners to organize external tests, contests, scholarships…
  • Manage the working email of DOET and MOET, arrange all the working and meeting schedule with Board of Principal (both of planned or sudden schedule); 
  • Manage all the report from DOET and MOET: Academic plan and report, enrollment report, HR report, nutrition report, facility report, monthly report and other reports; 
  • Manage the software system of DOET: Update the information of beginning of school year, mid-term, end of term and other requests from DOET; 
  • Support Board of Principal in all inspections of DOET; 
  • Announcements, memos, guidance: Receive, transfer to the right person and store as school’s policy; 
  • Participate in parent meeting, school events, team building the school’s requirement;
  • Other tasks from the Board of Principal and Board of Director 


  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Experience in Education or similar positions;
  • Good English skills to handle bilingual conversations/tasks;
  • Organization and coordination skills; Time management skills;
  • Effective communicator – communicates well with a diverse community;
  • Highly skillful at using technology
